Service Description: Lake Michigan Rim DEM for years 2022 and 2024 contains hydro-flattened bare-earth Digital Elevation Model (DEM) data is derived from statewide QL1 Lidar Point Cloud data that follows the USGS 3DEP standards. This DEM, also known as a Digital Terrain Model (DTM), has an original pixel resolution (OPR) of 1 foot. The Lake Michigan Coastal Program provided the funding through the Indiana 2021 – 2024 Orthoimagery program. The QL1 data meets a 10 cm vertical and positional accuracy standard established by the USGS 3DEP program.
